What is SYNCDIT?
SYNCDIT is an AI-native recruitment platform that automates the entire hiring workflow — from writing the job description, to matching candidates from your database, conducting interviews, running the final evaluation, and negotiating the offer.
How is SYNCDIT different from a traditional ATS?
A traditional ATS stores CVs and tracks pipelines. SYNCDIT actively works the pipeline for you: it parses and scores every CV, runs AI interviews, evaluates candidates in context, and guides you through each hiring decision with a project-based workflow.
Do I need technical knowledge to use SYNCDIT?
No. SYNCDIT is built for recruiters, not engineers. The workflow is a guided, card-by-card process where the AI does the heavy lifting and you make the final calls.
How long does it take to hire with SYNCDIT?
Most recruiters shortlist qualified candidates within minutes of uploading a job description. End-to-end time-to-hire depends on your interview rounds and candidate response times, but the platform typically cuts manual screening time by 80–90%.
Is my data and my candidates' data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored in GDPR-compliant infrastructure, and isolated per organization account. We never share candidate data between organizations.
Pricing
What plans are available?
For individuals we offer Base (free), Pro, and Max. For organizations we offer Team, Business, and Corporation. Use the toggle on the Pricing section to compare individual vs. enterprise plans.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Base plan is free and lets you run 5 active projects, upload up to 100 CVs per month, and post 1 job to the SYNCDIT Job Portal per project — so you can experience the full hiring flow before committing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards for monthly subscriptions. Enterprise plans (Team, Business, Corporation) can also be invoiced with bank transfer or annual contracts, and all paid plans come with a discount when billed annually.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings at any time. Changes apply at the start of your next billing cycle, and you keep access to your current plan until then.
What happens when I reach my monthly CV upload limit?
We have a pay-as-you-go system built into the app. If you reach your upload limit or need extra features, you can simply add them on the fly without changing your plan — you only pay for what you actually use.
Dashboard
What is a "project" in the recruiter dashboard?
A project represents one job you are hiring for. Each project contains its own job description, matched candidates, interviews, evaluations, and negotiations, and shows its progress on the main dashboard.
How do I create a new project?
From the dashboard, click "New Project" and the JD Creator will open. Chat with the assistant to describe the role, and SYNCDIT generates a structured job description you can edit and save.
What does the progress bar on each project show?
The progress bar reflects the current stage of the hiring flow — JD Creator, Job Matching, Talent Talks, Talent Selection, Final Evaluation, Money Talks, and Result — and shows which cards are locked (completed) versus still open.
Can I run multiple hiring projects at the same time?
Yes. Your dashboard lists all active projects side by side, and each has its own independent workflow. The number of concurrent projects depends on your plan (5 on Base, unlimited on Pro and above).
How do I upload CVs to my database from the dashboard?
Your dashboard includes a CV Management panel where you can upload candidate CVs in PDF, DOCX, DOC, TXT, or RTF format. You can add single files or batches of hundreds at once — large uploads are automatically chunked and processed in the background. Each CV is parsed, enriched, and checked for duplicates before being added to your private database, ready to be used for matching.
Can I search, filter, and sort my CV database?
Yes. The CV Management panel lets you search by keyword, filter between processed and unprocessed CVs, and sort by name, upload date, processing date, or years of experience. You can also preview the parsed data for any CV and delete them individually or in bulk.
What are interview rounds and how do I change them?
You can configure 1, 2, or 3 interview rounds per project from the dashboard. Each round adds an extra Talent Talks and Talent Selection stage, letting you progressively narrow down your shortlist before the final evaluation.
Why are some cards locked on my dashboard?
Cards lock automatically after you submit each stage — for example, the job description locks once matching starts, and matching locks once you move to interviews. Locking keeps the workflow consistent and preserves the audit trail, so you always know what decisions were made when.
Workflow Cards & Extensions
What does the JD Creator card do?
The JD Creator is a chat-based assistant that turns a short brief into a structured job description — with responsibilities, required and preferred qualifications, and the client offer — ready to be used for matching and posting.
How does the Job Matching card work?
Once your JD is ready, Job Matching runs our AI engine against your CV database and automatically chooses one of two paths based on the quality of the candidates it finds. If there are enough strong matches in your database, it takes the Supersonic path — scoring, ranking, and delivering your shortlist in minutes. If qualified candidates are scarce, it switches to the Expansion path and guides you through posting the job publicly to the SYNCDIT Job Portal and a wide range of popular job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, and many other leading platforms) to bring in fresh applicants before re-matching.
What happens in the Talent Talks card?
Talent Talks is where you schedule and run interviews for each accepted candidate. You can pick a manual interview with your own calendar and our AI-generated interview guide, or hand the conversation off to our AI Interview module — both produce structured notes and evaluations you can review right in the card.
What is the AI Interview and how is it different from a manual interview?
The AI Interview is a voice-based conversation led by SYNCDIT instead of a human. The candidate joins on their own schedule, answers the generated questions, and the system returns a full transcript, objective scores per competency, and a summary — giving you consistent, comparable results across every candidate without you having to run the call yourself.
What is the Final Evaluation / Talent Selection card?
After interviews, Final Evaluation gives you a side-by-side view of every candidate with matching scores, interview insights, and AI evaluations. For multi-round projects, a Talent Selection step appears between rounds so you can progressively trim your shortlist before the final hiring decision.
What does the Money Talks card do?
Money Talks handles salary negotiation. Each selected candidate proposes their ask, you respond with an offer, and the card tracks the back-and-forth until both sides agree — no back-channel emails or spreadsheets required.
What is the Result card?
The Result card closes the project and records the outcome: who was hired, at what package, and a full summary of the hiring journey. It gives you a clean audit trail and feeds into your organization-level recruitment analytics.
What is the public job posting extension?
SYNCDIT includes a public sourcing extension (powered by Idibu) that publishes your role to the SYNCDIT Job Portal and a wide range of popular job boards — LinkedIn, Indeed, and many other leading platforms. Inbound applicants are automatically scored against your JD, and a Second Matching step then re-runs the AI engine over the new candidate pool so you can expand your shortlist without starting over.
